Boot Camp

Our own mix of Cross Training circuits, powerlifting, HIIT training, body weight, barbell, dumbbell and kettlebell work. Our Boot Camps are always challenging. If it’s your first time, if you’re creating a foundation, need a challenge or need active recovery due to an injury, our team will scale, tailor, and modify to each individual to make sure the safety and quality of the workout is at its maximum potential.

 

Medley

Here, we combine our Boot Camp and Adrenaline Kickboxing together for a unique style. We use circuits from our Cross Training based concepts, MMA circuits, and much more. Going from free weights to bags, to some type of intense conditioning. Our Formula for this one is fun and exciting. (Requires 4 weeks of our Boot Camp and Kickboxing)

 

Adrenaline Boxing

All hands on deck! If you have never thrown a proper punch, or already have experience but need that extra motivation, Adrenaline Boxing is the way to go. Throw hands, hit bags, learn or refine technique, burn tons of calories, sweat hard, and relieve stress. You never have to worry about getting hit at Adrenaline. You will learn fundamentals on how to defend yourself if need be. Real combinations for real life scenarios.

Adrenaline Kickboxing

Burning calories like no other bag class! Adrenaline Kickboxing is a hybrid blend of Muay Thai, Savate, and American Kickboxing. This is not your campy or typical type of cardio kickboxing. This is based on actual fighter camp intensity without having to, or need to be a fighter. Fast paced. Hard hitting. And always different.

 

Kickboxing 101

This is our favorite weekend activity. More than a class, our Kickboxing 101 is all about fundamentals. Seasoned athlete or your first day, there is always something new to learn. It’s not meant for beginners, but it’s a good place for a beginner to start. We go over the foundation of Kickboxing. Stance, foot and hand placement. hip mobility, knees, elbows, angles and much more.
